Restaurant aCantina meets Spanish Organic Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data:
For this purpose, Restaurant aCantina expressly advised the client that his personal data are collected for purposes of exploitation of electronic commerce will be included in an automated personal data in order to develop and promote products and letter provided by Restaurant aCantina, adapting to the needs and preferences.
The client expressly authorizes Restaurant aCantina for such collection and automatic processing of personal data and to receive regular information on the electronic commerce card with it.
All personal data supplied to the customer will be protected Restaurant aCantina computing in order to ensure its confidentiality, to prevent unauthorized third parties access the same, modify, manipulate, falsify or generally used for purposes not foreseen and not authorized.
Restaurant aCantina is committed to the lawful use of an automated personal data processed, to respect its confidentiality and use them according to the purposes described.
The client authorizes Restaurant aCantina to give personal information to companies providing logistics and those whose involvement is necessary to meet the agreed objectives for the execution and delivery of orders.
Restaurant aCantina agrees to comply with its obligation of confidentiality of Personal Data and its duty to protect them, and take the necessary measures to prevent tampering, loss, or unauthorized access, in accordance with the provisions of Regulation Security Measures for automated files containing personal data, approved by Royal Decree 994/1999 of 11 July.
